Testing and Certification - EICR and PAT

We conduct EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Report) for individual properties, multiple portfolios, or housing associations, as required under the Private Rented Scheme. We also test appliances provided to tenants.

Emergency Lighting

We assist with annual testing, changing fittings, compliance verification, or designing new installations for HMO’s, student lets, and commercial properties, all with necessary certification.

Fire, Smoke, and CO Alarms

We assist you comply with the Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (England) Regulations 2022, installing all types of LD systems and, if needed, BS 5839 Pt 1 Fire Alarm systems. We design, install, maintain, and certify these systems.

Reactive Maintenance and Repairs

Our team addresses faults and damage quickly, ensuring tenant safety. We repair or replace defective parts or disconnect them and make installations safe if immediate repair isn't possible.
