Here at Marsico we specialise in all aspects of void management, this being single house voids for the smaller developer to social domestic housing with numerous voids on a daily basis.  We currently work with Bournemouth Borough Council handling their full void programme, as well as helping clients such as Bournemouth Churches Housing Association and Magna Housing.  We cover all aspects of the void process, from scheduling voids to a pre-determined specification to completing works with all the relevant certification and documentation.  Understanding how different social domestic landlords work, their differing specifications and their processes are vital to the smooth running of multiple contracts being run smoothly and efficiently, bringing the best outcome to all parties involved.

Having all qualified trades under one roof allows us to complete jobs in a timely manner and diversify our work force to ensure all deadlines are met. This includes the smaller portfolio owners who currently use us for rented property refurbishment in between tenants.
