Here at Marisco South we specialise in all aspects of void management, this being single house voids for the smaller developer to social domestic housing with numerous voids on a daily basis. We currently work with Bournemouth Borough Council handling their full void programme, as well as helping clients such as Bournemouth Churches Housing Association and Magna Housing. We cover all aspects of the void process, from scheduling voids to a pre-determined specification to completing works with all the relevant certification and documentation.
