Are your property maintenance prices fixed?
We endeavour to provide as accurate an initial quote as possible, though it is always a possibility that an issue may require more work than initially thought. If this is the case, we will never charge you for any additional work without giving you a full price breakdown of the additional requirements and asking your permission to proceed.
